Job Overview and Responsibilities

This position involves actively managing sales territory by serving a minimum of two stockists, each with an assignment of 20-30 retailers. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding retailers within their designated area, conducting thorough market analysis through frequent visits to retail counters across the city, and driving secondary sales through proactive engagement with retailers.

Additional duties include identifying potential market opportunities by surveying construction sites such as houses, storehouses (kothi), and intermediate housing buildings (IHB). The role requires close coordination with contractors and masons to boost sales directly from retailer-associated construction sites. Organizing product demonstrations and sample distributions on-site, coordinating in-shop meetings along with promotional activities, and effectively communicating promotional schemes to contractors and masons are essential components of the role.

The candidate must ensure constant and clear follow-up with both stockists and retailers to maintain an efficient supply chain, thereby sustaining seamless product availability.
