Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Individual (TSI) to manage territories in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the retailer base and driving secondary sales through efficient market scanning and strong collaboration with contractors and masons.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage at least 2 stockists, each with 20-30 retailers under their supervision.
- Appoint new retailers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis by visiting all retail outlets across the city.
- Drive secondary sales via retailer networks.
- Identify new opportunities by visiting raw material sites including Kothi, House, and IHB locations.
- Work closely with contractors and masons to boost product usage and site sales.
- Facilitate sample distribution and product demonstrations at construction sites.
- Organize in-shop meetings and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Communicate promotional schemes directly to contractors and masons to encourage sales.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply chains by maintaining consistent follow-ups with stockists and retailers.
