About the Role
Salt Talent Search is hiring an Enforcement Specialist for a contract position lasting 12 months in Singapore. This role involves ensuring compliance with client policies and terms of service with a focus on your designated market or region.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and implement client terms of service rigorously.
- Act as a subject matter expert on policy enforcement, including Community Standards, Advertiser and Commerce Policies, and product-specific rules, tailored to your assigned region's content.
- Leverage fluent native language abilities and in-depth cultural, geopolitical, and community insight to effectively evaluate content needing regional context.
- Collect, analyze, and utilize relevant data and escalation trends to enhance escalation processes and suggest improvements to policy, processes, and products.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in enforcement decisions, consistently surpassing quality benchmarks.
- Manage high-pressure escalations and ambiguous situations adeptly, collaborating with cross-functional specialists to resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay informed on workflow modifications, operational protocols, policy updates, and enforcement standards.
- Use strategic tools, systems, and data analytics to examine trends and provide insights that guide goal setting and process optimization.
- Handle sensitive content issues such as graphic media, offensive language, and other objectionable materials as necessary.
- Anticipate social impacts of various online expressions and behaviors and test related operational hypotheses and assumptions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years experience in online operations, analysis, project management, consulting, online escalations, or similar domains.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Experience handling graphic and objectionable content.
- Proven ability to manage urgent cases through resolution processes.
- Experience coordinating projects with diverse global teams.
- Effective communication skills across various audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of background in Trust & Safety, content moderation, online operations, or equivalent roles at technology firms.
- Proven accuracy in content review at high volumes and enforcement operations.
- Capability to make sound decisions under pressure and competing deadlines.
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and workflow queue systems.
- Awareness of evolving trends in the social media ecosystem.
