Trucks Sourcing Executive

Role Overview

We are actively seeking qualified professionals to join our operations team to assist in sourcing trucks from registered suppliers in order to fulfill daily transportation requests effectively.

Primary Duties

• Coordinate with approved transport providers to secure the required trucks as per operational schedules.
• Maintain communication with transport companies and drivers to ensure trucks are ready and loaded promptly.
• Plan and monitor truck movements, providing continuous updates to the operations team.
• Immediately report and document any incidents such as accidents, delays, losses, or thefts, and arrange suitable replacements when necessary.
• Ensure carriers comply with contractual terms including truck type, vehicle condition, and conduct standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to transport providers to verify adherence to quality and safety measures.
• Assist in evaluating the performance of carriers and drivers, coordinating closely with operations and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Have 2 to 5 years of experience in the transportation sector.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
