Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Trial Room Associate to oversee the trial room operations within our retail outlet. This position focuses on smooth management of the trial area, assisting shoppers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a satisfying shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and support customers as they enter the trial room space.
- Manage allocation of trial rooms, monitor garment counts, and secure merchandise to prevent loss or damage.
- Provide assistance regarding sizing options, styling advice, and product availability.
- Maintain tidiness, cleanliness, and overall orderly presentation of trial rooms consistently.
- Handle clothing items with care, including removing pins and hangers and neatly folding garments.
- Collaborate with sales staff to facilitate prompt exchanges or size adjustments for customers.
- Vigilantly prevent misuse or damage to products during trial room usage.
- Ensure compliance with company standards related to customer service quality and store hygiene protocols.
- Report any customer feedback, concerns, or suspicious behaviors promptly to the Store Manager.
