About the Role

Join CNearMe as a Travel Sales Executive, where your primary role will be to engage with customers, generate travel inquiries, and transform those into confirmed bookings by understanding their travel needs and crafting personalized holiday plans. This position demands strong sales expertise, excellent communication capabilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer travel preferences and suggest appropriate holiday packages.
  • Create tailored travel itineraries accompanied by comprehensive quotations.
  • Market and sell both Domestic and International holiday packages.
  • Promote educational tours designed for schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Handle sales of corporate travel, incentive tours, conferences, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) packages.
  • Regularly follow up on prospective leads and secure confirmed bookings.
  • Upsell additional travel-related services such as insurance, visa assistance, sightseeing options, cruises, and transfers.
  • Develop and maintain enduring relationships with customers to foster repeat business and gain referrals.
  • Keep detailed and accurate customer data within the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
  • Stay informed about current travel trends, destination updates, airline promotions, visa regulations, and seasonal offers.
