Role Overview
As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will connect with customers, understand their trip preferences, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. The role involves building travel plans, coordinating with vendors, and handling the booking journey from quotation to final confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and gather details about their travel needs.
- Track up with customers and partner vendors to move bookings toward closure.
- Promote and sell travel packages for both domestic and international destinations.
- Draft quotations and oversee the booking process from start to finish.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to candidates with qualifications in travel, tourism, or related commerce and arts programs, including BHM/BHMCT in Travel and Tourism Management, Tourism Studies in Cultural Heritage and Eco-Tourism, B.A. in Tourism and Travel Management, and B.Com in Travel and Tourism.
Skills Needed
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with travel sales, package planning, vendor coordination, quotation preparation, customer handling, booking management, and international ticketing knowledge.
