Key Responsibilities

• Manage flight reservations, ticketing, refunds, and itinerary reissues utilizing the Amadeus Global Distribution System.
• Arrange hotel bookings and organize travel packages professionally.
• Address customer requests with efficiency and professionalism.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and various travel suppliers to coordinate services.
• Handle urgent travel demands and adapt to operational changes promptly.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.

Candidate Requirements

• At least three years of experience in the travel and tourism sector.
• Proficient in the use of the Amadeus GDS platform.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian travel market.
• Hands-on experience managing flights, hotel accommodations, travel packages, and transportation arrangements.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with effective communication skills in both languages.
• Currently living in Saudi Arabia or legally authorized to work there.
