Travel Consultant - Leisure & Corporate

Role overview

This opportunity is for an experienced Travel Consultant to support leisure and corporate travel services within a Travel & Tours team that is growing its operations. The role focuses on planning and coordinating travel for inbound visitors and business clients, handling detailed itineraries, and keeping every stage of the journey smooth across different service points.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate travel requirements, including group reservations, meetings, events, and tailor-made travel arrangements aligned with client needs.
• Work closely with local and international partners, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to deliver uninterrupted travel support.
• Offer expert travel advice and customer assistance, responding promptly to questions, amendments, and special requests.
• Maintain correct records, booking details, and policy compliance while upholding service quality and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications and experience

• A bachelor’s qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
• The role calls for 2 to 5 years of experience in inbound tourism, corporate travel, or travel consultancy for corporate clients.
• Practical experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is needed for flights, reservations, and ticketing.
• Applicants should have solid knowledge of itinerary building, travel documentation, and destination management.
