Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Travel Consultant to manage customer inquiries via voice calls, chats, and emails efficiently. The role involves assisting customers with various travel services including hotel and flight reservations while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
- Support clients with hotel bookings, airline reservations, and other travel-related services.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain professionalism in communication and comply with quality and regulatory guidelines.
Experience and Skills Required
- Minimum of six months working experience in International Voice or blended process operations.
- Proven background in Travel and Hospitality BPO sector is essential.
- Hands-on experience in hotel and flight booking, travel reservations, or support is necessary.
- Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Educational qualification of undergraduate or graduate level.
- Preparedness to work in rotational shifts at a workplace setting (Work From Office).
Compensation
The salary range offered for this full-time position is between 20000 and 35000 INR per month.
