Travel Consultant - Global Visas

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Consultant specialized in Global Visas to join Marcopolo Holidays in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end process of tourist visa applications, providing tailored client service and expert guidance.

Key Duties

• Deliver customized consulting services for visa applications, handling document collection through electronic means, submitting online applications, and liaising with embassies or consulates throughout the process.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships by offering continuous assistance, updates, and expert advice regarding tourist visas.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, informing them of visa procedures, application timelines, and requirements for complete transparency.
• Adopt a sales-oriented approach when engaging clients, balancing target achievement with excellent service and client advocacy.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and keep updated with the latest visa regulations and compliance standards.
• Utilize digital tools to optimize the visa application workflow and stay current with technological advancements to enhance service quality.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in visa consulting or related roles encompassing operations, sales, or customer service, specifically focused on tourist visa processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams and Outlook.
• Holder of at least a Bachelor's university degree.
• Fluent in written and spoken English at an advanced level; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Ability and willingness to relocate to or work in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, proactive mindset, adaptability to new technologies, and a strong work ethic are vital for this role.
