Travel Consultant (Arabic Speaker) – Visa Experience Required

Role Summary

The Travel Consultant will support customers with travel planning, visa guidance, bookings, and related travel services while ensuring a high standard of customer care across every stage of the journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with trip planning, suggested itineraries, and holiday package reservations.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, application steps, and the documents needed for different destinations.
• Manage visa submissions and confirm that all paperwork is accurate, complete, and filed correctly.
• Track application progress with embassies, consulates, visa centers, and clients.
• Arrange flights, hotel stays, travel insurance, transfers, and other travel-related services.
• Create tailored quotations and holiday packages based on client preferences and requirements.
• Reply to customer queries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
• Keep precise records of reservations, visa cases, payments, and client communications.
• Work with airlines, hotels, DMC partners, and other vendors to ensure smooth travel coordination.
• Remain current on visa rules, travel advisories, and destination-specific updates.
• Deliver strong customer support throughout the complete travel process.
• Support clients after booking with changes, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic is required, along with strong written and spoken English.
• At least 2 years of experience in travel consultancy, visa consultancy, or a closely related position.
• Solid understanding of international visa procedures and document requirements.
• Hands-on experience with holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and general travel operations.
• Experience using Amadeus for reservations and ticketing is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and people-handling skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple bookings and visa applications while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and travel booking/reservation systems.
• Strong organization and a careful eye for detail.
• Prior work in a travel agency or tourism environment is preferred.
• Candidates must already be based in Qatar.
