Travel Consultant

About the Role

Scravel The School Travel in Kochi is expanding and seeks a skilled Travel Consultant to join their on-site team. Candidates with prior experience in Cochin-based travel agencies are preferred, especially those knowledgeable in flight ticketing and customized holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of flight ticketing and reservation processes from start to finish.
• Create and market personalized holiday packages suited to client preferences.
• Provide expert advice to customers regarding travel destinations, ticket prices, and other travel options.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 2 to 4 years of experience working in a Cochin travel agency.
• Proficient hands-on experience in ticketing and holiday package services.
• Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems for holiday desk duties.
• Good command of English language communication.
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
