Role overview
Xylem is hiring a Travel and Expense Analyst to support travel and expense operations from its Vadodara, Gujarat office. The role focuses on managing T&E processes, supporting users, maintaining compliance, and helping improve reporting and administration around expense programs.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a closely related discipline is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
- Between 1 and 6 years of professional experience is required.
- Hands-on exposure to Concur or another travel and expense management platform is necessary.
- Experience with corporate card programs, including card administration, is expected.
- Strong ability to analyse data, spot issues, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact with stakeholders across levels.
- A service-oriented approach with the ability to assist end users effectively.
- High attention to detail and the capacity to manage several priorities in a busy environment.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and related reporting applications.
- Understanding of travel regulations, expense policy rules, and reporting/compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Comfort with adapting to new tools, systems, and process updates quickly.
