Role overview

Join an expanding international business in an office-based Travel & Accommodation Coordinator position. You will support large project teams operating across several locations by handling travel, lodging, and related administrative coordination for employees and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle accommodation requests while aligning them with project timelines and schedules.
  • Book hotels, extended stays, and travel plans for staff and stakeholders.
  • Work with landlords, estate agents, and travel suppliers to secure suitable arrangements.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and amendments through travel agencies.
  • Keep precise and up-to-date records of all travel and accommodation activity.
  • Check and validate invoices received from accommodation vendors.
  • Compile clear monthly reporting for internal teams.

Requirements and background

  • Prior experience in travel coordination or a comparable administrative support role.
  • Strong planning ability with confidence in managing several requests at the same time.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a practical approach to resolving issues.
  • Good people skills and a cooperative, team-focused attitude.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms such as Amadeus or Galileo would be an advantage.
