Job Overview

This role entails managing and monitoring passenger transit operations through sophisticated smart monitoring systems as part of a strategic initiative to enhance public transportation performance in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily assigned tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including after regular working hours as necessary.
• Operate and leverage features of smart monitoring systems effectively for tracking transit activities.
• Monitor departmental tasks and review violations of transport regulations, issuing edits to non-compliant activities accurately.
• Maintain precision in logging violations and retaining pertinent evidence to ensure high accuracy in enforcement.
• Archive all documentation supporting violations comprehensively for potential review by the Grievance Committee.
• Report operational challenges encountered during monitoring to supervisors and seek guidance to address them.
• Uphold adherence to prescribed procedures and policies during violation editing processes.
• Handle system faults or equipment malfunctions swiftly to maintain uninterrupted operational flow and notify supervisors when required.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to relevant authorities.
• Assist in meeting departmental and section targets by supporting shift supervisors daily and tracking the effectiveness of corrective management actions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of Secondary School education is mandatory.
• Applicants must be UAE nationals.
