About the Role

Ingenio Global is seeking a Transformation Programme Director to lead an enterprise-wide AI transformation initiative for a global digital engineering consultancy. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead a significant transformation, with direct executive sponsorship and the ability to influence strategy, operations, talent, and delivery across the entire organization. The role involves driving complex, cross-functional initiatives impacting engineering, delivery, commercial teams, workforce planning, capability development, and operational excellence. A primary focus will be establishing and scaling an AI Centre of Excellence and integrating AI-first methodologies throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, enterprise-wide AI transformation programs.
• Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives impacting all areas of the business.
• Establish and scale an AI Centre of Excellence.
• Embed AI-first ways of working across the organization.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs.

• A solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its potential for business transformation.
