The Amazon Last Mile learning team is searching for a Training Specialist focused on supporting operations training within the last mile sector. This position is key to elevating employee skills through effective training programs, thereby improving workplace performance aligned with Amazon’s core principles and organizational objectives.
Trainer Conduct Expectations
- Attentively listen to associates and provide support to managers.
- Respond promptly to requests and follow up reliably.

- Stay informed on the latest tools, techniques, and processes.

Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and analyze structured learning metrics for designated territories and regions.
- Oversee live performance metrics end-to-end within assigned areas.
- Conduct training sessions on new procedures and quality management utilizing instructor-led or digital methods.
- Maintain and analyze training data through reports, primarily using Excel.
- Ensure timely completion of new hire training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations leadership during station audits to verify process compliance and immediately address deficiencies.
- Identify and certify learning coaches to support training initiatives.
- Lead individual projects aimed at enhancing business performance.
- Manage multiple EDSP Delivery Stations across Andhra Pradesh, including travel to nearby stations as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Background delivering training or informative sessions to associates and team leader-level employees.
- Fluency in English communication (reading, speaking, writing).
