Training Scope
The trainer will teach both theory and practical aspects of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, with exposure to central air-conditioning areas such as chiller systems, VRV/VRF, AHU, cold storage, and domestic and industrial cooling systems. The objective is to strengthen student competence through structured instruction and continuous learning improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and run theory and hands-on sessions covering refrigeration and air-conditioning concepts and applications.
- Guide learners in installation, operation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of RAC equipment.

- Create detailed lesson plans and training resources using IT tools and multimedia-based teaching methods.
Eligibility and Experience
Applicants should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a B.Voc. in RAC Skills. The role calls for 2 to 4 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with particular exposure to central air-conditioning systems and academic training environments.
Required Competencies
Candidates should have strong grounding in refrigeration and air-conditioning principles, practical familiarity with central air-conditioning systems, and the ability to teach and mentor effectively. Knowledge of thermal comfort, IoT applications in HVAC, refrigerants, cold storage, air distribution, and electrical/electronic systems is important, along with awareness of applicable standards and codes.
Additional Expectations
The trainer is expected to develop instructional content using multimedia tools, communicate clearly, solve system-related problems effectively, collaborate well with colleagues, and stay updated on current industry practices.
