Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual training opportunities at the Vocational Training Center Stuttgart for blind and visually impaired young adults in recognized professions.
• Independently and collaboratively teach vocational content for the professions of service specialist and commercial clerk in dialog marketing.
• Shape and continuously develop the professional training of our participants.
• Support trainees in their personal environments, leveraging strengths and seeking customized solutions during the training process.
• Provide instruction on assistive devices specific to visual impairments and blindness.
• Participate in designing and implementing rehabilitation plans tailored to trainees' needs.
• Collaborate within a team of trainers and key contacts, offering guidance on the vocational and personal development of participants.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in dialog marketing.
• Enthusiasm for working with young adults with and without disabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial software applications.
• Interest in new technologies and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
