- Develop your recruitment skills with expert support from leading high earners.
- Engage in candidate sourcing by writing and posting job advertisements to various platforms.
- Conduct proactive daily candidate outreach, with an expectation of making 20+ calls per day.
- Register and assist candidates, helping them navigate their job search.
- Create and send email marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new business opportunities.
- Perform business development activities to secure new assignments.
- Visit client schools to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with both candidates and clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.
Candidate Profile

- A competitive mindset, genuine motivation, and financial ambition are key.
- No prior recruitment or education sector experience is necessary.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation and Working Conditions
- Base salary of £27,000 with additional commission opportunities.
- On-target earnings of approximately £45,000 in the first year, increasing to £65,000 in year two, and reaching £100,000 by year three.
- The workplace is conveniently located an eight-minute walk from local train stations, with ample parking.
- Standard working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, though flexibility is expected to manage live roles and urgent tasks beyond these hours.
