Role Overview
We are hiring freshers with M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry for trainee positions in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments at our Vapi facility. The trainees will assist in various quality processes while learning industry standards, especially current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Quality Assurance Trainee Responsibilities
- Support batch document and SOP reviews.
- Assist with controlling and managing quality documentation and records.
- Engage in line clearance and shop-floor QA operations.
- Help prepare deviation and change control documentation.
- Maintain compliance with data integrity regulations.
Quality Control Trainee Responsibilities
- Support routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments under guidance including HPLC, Gas Chromatography (GC), UV spectrophotometry, and Karl Fischer titration.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and standards accurately.
- Record analysis data meticulously following GMP norms.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and GLP standards.
- Excellent documentation and data recording capabilities.
- Familiarity with analytical instruments (for QC role).
- Willingness to work in laboratory and manufacturing environments.

Eligible candidates are fresh M.Sc. Organic Chemistry graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batches. The role provides exposure to industry-standard quality systems and documentation practices essential in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
