This leadership role encompasses oversight of several teams dedicated to delivering stellar service and operational excellence, including the Drive Thru Team, Landscape Yard Team, Trade Inwards Goods Team, Trade Stocktake Team, and Dispatch Function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all Trade operational teams to guarantee smooth daily processes.
• Enhance operational efficiencies across multiple functions: Drive Thru, Landscape Yard, Trade Inwards Goods, Stocktake, and Dispatch.
• Consistently uphold excellent customer service standards at every Trade interaction.
• Mentor and develop team members to boost performance and foster career development.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and customer-centric team culture.
• Manage staffing levels to ensure appropriate resource allocation aligned with business needs.
• Maintain stock accuracy and integrity through robust inventory management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines across all Trade sectors.
• Collaborate with Trade leadership to support growth, customer retention, and market share expansion.
