  • Monitor individual customer performance, identifying risks and recommending corrective strategies to meet revenue and brand goals.
  • Provide analytical support, reporting, and training to improve trade spend decisions and processes.
  • Forecast trade spend alongside Sales and Finance, analyze ROI and align spend with annual growth targets.

  • Serve as primary liaison between Sales and Finance for trade system enhancements and business requirements prioritization.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and promotional data for customers across internal and retailer platforms.
  • Manage Retail Media Network activities, including digital promotions and budget oversight, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Administer retailer promotional platforms, overseeing event setup and flawless execution.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in pricing, trade management, revenue growth management, sales finance, strategy, or related CPG commercial roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced use of Excel and data analytics platforms.
  • Experience in trade spend support, key account sales, pricing setup at customer level, and trade promotion administration.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management principles and omnichannel retail execution, including grocery, club, and e-commerce environments.
  • Familiarity with retailer-facing promotion platforms and e-commerce digital shelf dynamics is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable insights and influence strategy at senior levels.
  • Exceptional detail orientation and disciplined approach to data integrity and operation accuracy.
  • Proficient in translating business rules into clear planning and reporting methodologies.
  • Excellent collaborative skills to nurture trust and accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, solution-driven mindset capable of moving from analysis to execution effectively.

Educational and Foundational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in CPG and Better for You categories.

  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities to manage priorities and resources efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences and situations with professionalism.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities and work environments including remote and hybrid settings.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Eligibility for participation in the company bonus plan subject to plan terms.
  • Unlimited paid time off, subject to managerial approval.
