Join Games Workshop as a Trade Outlet Recruiter focused on the Australia/New Zealand region, working onsite in Leppington, Sydney, New South Wales. This position offers a rewarding and competitive compensation package comprising a base salary of $85,000 alongside commission and a profit-sharing bonus. As part of a global leader in toy and game manufacturing, known for outstanding sales performances exceeding 500 million euros, you will help expand the company's presence by connecting with independent retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate cold outreach calls to independent retailers to present partnership opportunities.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop to encourage business collaboration.
- Identify suitable prospects and establish strong, trustworthy relationships with them promptly.
- Assess client needs and secure sales agreements as part of the B2B offering.
