Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade activation programs tailored for diverse channels that effectively boost volume growth while fostering strong trade partnerships.
- Perform thorough market evaluations and feasibility studies, delivering comprehensive business proposals and actionable business plans.
- Manage and oversee all below-the-line marketing budgets spanning different brands and regions, ensuring expenses align with planned allocations while optimizing trade spending impact.
- Lead the oversight of advertising and promotional strategies, including customization of marketing materials per local requirements.
- Conduct competitor analysis to strategically position products and swiftly adjust plans according to market movements.
- Collect and analyse market sales data to gain insights bolstering channel growth.
- Maintain detailed reports and management information systems related to channel expenditures, enabling data-driven identification of growth opportunities.
