Job Overview
This role involves integrated responsibilities supporting both Heineken® and Tiger Beer brands, focusing on commercial growth and consumer-focused campaign development within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial development of Heineken® brand and range performance across APAC markets, including analyzing volume, market share, financials, and brand strength.
- Prepare and disseminate quarterly reports and newsletters summarizing regional and country-specific insights.
- Lead coordination and execution of APAC-specific brand strategies following Global Commerce Week directives.
- Lead or co-lead APAC projects such as Festive campaigns and development of Below The Line (BTL) playbooks.
- Develop and co-lead campaign initiatives for the Global Tiger Beer brand, especially in relation to football platforms.
- Coordinate point-of-sale materials (POSM) and activation/event developments, providing asset delivery and toolkit support to markets.
- Manage day-to-day operations tied to football sponsorships involving Tiger's partnerships with Manchester United and Spurs, including planning local market rights usage and organizing football experience trips.
- Assist in local market football activations, ensuring compliance with intellectual property usage guidelines and partnership requirements.
- Monitor and report on new developments and best practices in sports sponsorship to enhance Tiger's brand activations.
- Support innovation launches by co-leading POSM development and delivering market-ready assets and toolkits.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a similar discipline.
- Prior professional experience in marketing is advantageous.
- Strong analytical capability with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent spoken and written communication proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in organization and project management.
