Key Responsibilities

• Helping with loading vehicles and consolidating orders to provide a smooth, efficient experience for busy trade customers.
• Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and offering appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
• Ensuring the work environment is clean, fully stocked, and safe, supporting seamless daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and numeric skills with keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience or knowledge of the building industry is helpful but not mandatory.
• Possession of a forklift license is advantageous but not required.
• Physically capable with a focus on health and safety due to involvement in manual heavy lifting.
