Job description
Job Summary
The organization is looking for a proactive TPL Executive who can handle large-scale blue-collar hiring and keep the frontline workforce funnel active. The role focuses on coordinating with staffing partners, running local recruitment efforts, and maintaining a steady supply of workers such as delivery riders.
Vendor & Third-Party Management
- Monitor the performance of third-party logistics staffing agencies and associated sub-vendors, and assess how well they are delivering on manpower needs.
- Handle monthly reconciliation of vendor invoices, attendance records, and payout calculations.
- Bring new regional staffing partners on board to widen the hiring network across different geographies.
High-Volume Sourcing & Execution
- Lead end-to-end mass hiring through local communities, recruitment drives, job fairs, and region-specific sourcing channels.
- Run field outreach activities in key labor markets using tools such as flyers, banners, and local audio announcements.
- Use digital sourcing avenues such as regional social media groups, WhatsApp communities, and blue-collar job portals to attract candidates.
