Role overview
We are seeking a Total Rewards Specialist in Doha, Qatar to help shape, roll out, and oversee compensation and benefits programs. This role focuses on ensuring that reward practices are well-structured, competitive, and aligned with internal policies.
What you will do
- Assist with the administration and improvement of compensation and benefits programs and related workflows.
- Carry out salary benchmarking and review market data to support competitive pay decisions.
- Contribute to annual salary review exercises and reward-cycle activities.
- Help maintain compliance with compensation guidelines, policies, and salary structures.
- Build reports and analyze data related to rewards and benefits.
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams on reward-related projects and initiatives.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a similar discipline. Experience of 2–5 years in compensation and benefits or total rewards is preferred. Strong analytical thinking, comfort with numbers, and familiarity with salary benchmarking tools and HR systems are important. Arabic and English language skills are required.
