About the Role
Join Genesys in creating AI-driven customer experiences across more than 8,000 organizations worldwide. As the Regional Total Rewards Partner for Asia Pacific, you will serve as the leading expert on compensation and benefits within the region. Collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external partners, you will ensure competitive, compliant, and consistent Total Rewards programs aligned to both global strategy and local market practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as trusted Total Rewards consultant for regional HR leaders, business partners, and managers.
- Collaborate with regional teams and vendors to deliver compensation and benefits programs effectively.
- Bridge global Total Rewards initiatives with regional requirements to drive alignment and compliance.
- Lead execution of compensation processes, including salary reviews, promotions, equity awards, and incentive programs.
- Advise on job evaluation, leveling, market pricing, and conduct market benchmarking analyses.
- Manage benefits governance and administration, liaising with brokers, consultants, and local HR teams.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support governance, compliance audits, and reporting activities.
- Drive operational process improvements across compensation and benefits functions.
- Support organizational changes such as mergers and acquisitions impacting Total Rewards.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards roles, supporting multiple countries in Asia Pacific.
- Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, salary administration, and regional benefits practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to perform detailed workforce and compensation data analysis.
- Proficiency in Workday and compensation survey tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Preferred: Experience in multinational technology or SaaS companies and professional Total Rewards certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP, CEBS).
