About the Role

Olive Garden is centered around shared meals, warm hospitality, and a welcoming dining experience. The restaurant highlights fresh-baked breadsticks, house-made soups and sauces, and familiar Italian-inspired favourites in an atmosphere designed to make guests feel comfortable and at home.

As a To Go Specialist, you will help guests receive their food quickly, safely, and accurately. This role supports both in-restaurant pickup and curbside collection, with a strong focus on timeliness, product knowledge, and service quality. The position also places a high priority on food safety, sanitation, and guest care.

Key Duties

• Provide a strong guest experience by following Olive Garden’s service standards and operating expectations.
• Make sure takeout and delivery orders are prepared and released on time.
• Stay well-informed about regular and promotional food and beverage offerings and confidently suggest menu items to guests.
• Understand the main causes of food contamination and apply prevention practices and safety procedures.
• Step in to assist other team members whenever support is needed.
• Work in a way that reflects Olive Garden’s core principles and behaviours.

• Background in food service or hospitality.
• Genuine enjoyment of working with people and a strong commitment to great service.
