Role Overview

The To-Go Roadie plays a key role in supporting carry-out operations by ensuring the highest quality of food and service standards. This position ensures that To-Go guests receive the same memorable experience as dine-in customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a legendary welcome and farewell when orders are placed or picked up
• Employ professional phone etiquette while answering calls and processing orders
• Maintain comprehensive menu knowledge to place accurate orders
• Organize and package orders with precision and care
• Collaborate efficiently with kitchen staff to fulfill orders
• Work alongside Restaurant Managers to provide accurate quote times for order completion
• Be proficient with online and mobile app ordering platforms
• Use the point of sale (POS) system accurately for order placement, payment processing, and gift card sales
• Follow safety and sanitation standards rigorously
• Exemplify teamwork consistently
