Role overview

This remote role is for a TikTok Shop Specialist located in Ireland. The position focuses on strengthening affiliate growth and improving marketplace results on TikTok Shop through creator partnerships, performance review, and campaign refinement. You will work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fully remote setting that emphasizes initiative, innovation, and ongoing learning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver affiliate growth approaches for assigned TikTok Shop accounts to improve marketplace outcomes.
• Identify, onboard, and oversee strong creators using affiliate platforms, direct outreach, and creator communities.
• Develop productive relationships with affiliates and keep communication flowing through channels such as Discord and WhatsApp.
• Suggest commission models, bundled promotions, and incentive ideas that drive creator participation and sales.
• Coordinate content briefs, posting expectations, and release timelines with affiliate creators.
• Run TikTok Shop Live activities and look for ways to grow live commerce performance.
• Track creator and campaign performance, pinpoint content formats that work well, and expand successful tactics.
• Review campaigns that are not meeting targets, put improvement plans in place, and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
• Work alongside marketing, media buying, design, and marketplace teams to support broader business goals.
• Take on additional affiliate and marketplace tasks as needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling TikTok Shop marketplace accounts.
• Good knowledge of affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and marketplace growth methods.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort interpreting performance data to improve campaigns.
• Hands-on experience managing creator relationships and content coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• Ability to organize priorities, adjust quickly, and stay effective in a fast-moving remote environment.
• Self-driven, well organized, and capable of working independently while still contributing to a team.
• Interest in e-commerce, social commerce, and current digital marketing trends.
