Overview
TalentPop is expanding its team and is looking for a creative, well-organized Influencer Marketing Assistant who is comfortable working with TikTok and thrives in a remote-first setup. This position supports influencer campaigns, social media activity, and customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or customer support and be ready to contribute in a fast-moving environment.
What you will do
- Keep an eye on TikTok trends and turn them into content ideas that fit the brand.
- Help manage the TikTok content schedule and coordinate with creators and internal teams.
- Find and shortlist influencers who may be a good match for brand partnerships.
- Handle outreach through direct messages or email and keep communication records updated.
- Work with influencers to align on timelines, deliverables, and campaign expectations.
- Review campaign results and engagement data, then share performance updates.
- As an added task, you may also reply to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand tone.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of background in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
- Good understanding of TikTok and the creator ecosystem.
- Strong written English skills and proper messaging etiquette.
- Well-organized approach to scheduling, content coordination, and influencer management.
- Comfort using Google Workspace, TikTok, and CRM or influencer management tools.
- Self-driven attitude with strong ownership and careful attention to detail.
Work-from-home setup requirements
- A personal computer or laptop, preferably with an i5 processor or similar.
- A dependable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed.
