Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager who thrives on TikTok and is ready to be the energetic face of Moment online. This role involves not only creating engaging TikTok content but also developing and managing a network of TikTok affiliates and creators to amplify our presence. In addition to TikTok, you will engage audiences across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms where our community resides.
Key Responsibilities
- Appear on camera to create, edit, and post TikTok videos that draw attention and followers to the brand.
- Recruit, organize, and engage with a network of TikTok and Instagram affiliates and creators to generate constant content about Moment.
- Identify and act on emerging social media trends quickly to stay ahead of the curve.
- Consistently publish organic content to grow Moment's social media presence every day.
- Foster community by connecting customers, affiliates, and creators through various channels such as groups, direct messaging, and competitions.
- Produce in-person content by filming at retail locations, capturing authentic moments like customers picking up Moment products.
- Generate street-level content including spontaneous interactions, taste tests, and vibrant outdoor filming.
- Manage creator competitions that encourage content creation from both creators and customers.
Additional Information
This position is US-based but requires occasional fieldwork—being out in the community to collect genuine content. It is not solely a remote or casual work-from-home role, though flexibility may occur at times.
