Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic TikTok Content Creator to drive our brand presence through engaging live sessions, authentic storytelling, and creative video content. You will be instrumental in showcasing our products, launching new formats, building a genuine connection with our community, and turning viewers into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the conception, filming, editing, and publishing of TikTok videos, covering product showcases, live shopping events, Q&A sessions, and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Spot emerging TikTok trends and weave them into our brand strategy before they hit the mainstream.
- Transform raw footage from daily work and events into captivating content that resonates with viewers.
- Monitor content performance using insights and KPIs, consistently refining our approach for greater impact.
- Handle all aspects of content creation, from idea generation to execution, maintaining creative freedom and originality throughout.
- Spearhead community management by actively engaging with followers and developing real brand relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm, campaign, and implement cross-channel ideas and new video formats.
- Drive product visibility and support turning the TikTok shop into a significant revenue stream.
- Play a hands-on role in building the brand on TikTok, bringing your unique character and ambition.
Profile Requirements
- Exceptional creative instinct for short video storytelling and a keen eye for appealing aesthetics.
- Deep familiarity with TikTok trends, visual language, and content formats.
- Prior experience producing content for social media platforms, especially TikTok (e.g., personal channels, reels, or public clips).
- Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere.
- Comfortable and authentic on camera and able to engage audiences naturally.
- Interest in health, natural products, and bee-powered wellness.
- Fluency in both German (native level required) and English for video, captioning, and community interaction.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative to propose and realize new ideas.
- German work permit required for this position.
