Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and highly organized individual to become our local Events Producer in Düsseldorf, Germany. The role involves hosting and managing events that range from bar takeovers and rooftop socials to wellness collaborations and fitness gatherings. The primary goal is to encourage singles to disconnect from their devices and engage in meaningful real-world connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure venues for events with full guidance provided throughout the process.
- Create and manage event listings online.
- Act as the face of Thursday in the city by managing and promoting events through the local @thursday Instagram account.
- Host weekly events by fostering guest interactions, maintaining a vibrant atmosphere, and ensuring high energy levels throughout.
Compensation and Benefits
- This is a freelance, commission-based role, with average monthly earnings around $3,000 USD and top hosts earning upwards of $10,000 USD.
