Third Key Holder, Visual - Retail Fashion

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, positive, and energetic individual passionate about fashion retail to join our vibrant team as a Third Key Holder, Visual. This role oversees visual merchandising, marketing initiatives, and collaborates closely with management to maintain smooth store and stockroom operations. In the absence of team leaders, this person is responsible for managing all aspects of store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive store operations such as opening and closing tasks, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking and merchandising products, delivering exceptional customer service, and supervising the store team.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting, acknowledging, and engaging with every customer, coupled with in-depth product knowledge.
• Handle sales transactions at the register efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and standards as outlined in the employee manual.
• Support the Store Manager by upholding company guidelines and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of experience in retail is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent sales capabilities.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and customers.
• Capability to delegate responsibilities and take leadership in a positive, inclusive manner.

Physical and Availability Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and use a ladder as necessary.
• Capability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the store.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
