Role Overview
As the Third In Charge at the Mile End Homemaker store, you will work alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to strengthen the customer experience and support overall store performance. You will act as a positive example for the team and help maintain a motivated, high-performing store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the standard for customer engagement by inspiring shoppers and helping them build their own home style.
- Lead by example in meeting personal targets and KPIs while encouraging the rest of the team to do the same.
- Support the Assistant Manager and Store Manager with coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Help plan staffing and rosters effectively so the store stays within budget.
- Review reports and identify practical ways to improve the customer experience.
