Job Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Computer Science lessons to students, simplifying complex concepts.
- Prepare and organize daily lesson plans effectively.
- Conduct practical sessions within the computer laboratory.
- Teach fundamentals of computing including programming, MS Office, internet use, and related topics.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and hands-on activities.
- Maintain comprehensive academic records and track student progress.
- Promote development of problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities among students.
- Integrate digital tools and innovative teaching methods into the classroom environment.
- Keep abreast with the latest advancements in computer technology and pedagogy.
- Collaborate with school staff and communicate with parents to support student learning.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in BCA, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Must hold a B.Ed. certification; CTET/TGT credentials are advantageous.
- Have a minimum of two years teaching experience within a school setting.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and classroom management.
- Demonstrate passion for education and student development.
