- Inspect incoming items carefully, identify stains and fabric types, and select the most suitable pre- and post-treatment methods with care for fibers and the environment.
- Sort textiles into the correct washing and cleaning batches and measure detergents and auxiliary agents precisely according to specifications and environmental standards.
- Oversee the full process from goods receipt and sorting through to final quality inspection of finished items.
- Carry out minor maintenance and cleaning tasks on the machines and systems to keep operations running smoothly.
- Support the counter area when needed by using your expertise to advise customers on the intake of more demanding textiles.
What the company offers

- Performance-based, punctual pay, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses.
- An additional 5 days of annual leave.
- A subsidized BVG ticket or access to free parking spaces.
- Regular team events, including seasonal celebrations such as a Christmas party.
- A clean, bright, ergonomic workplace equipped with state-of-the-art machinery.
- Structured working hours without night shifts and with predictable schedules for a good work-life balance; weekend work only in rare, agreed exceptional cases.
- A warm, friendly, well-coordinated team with professionalism and humor, plus thorough onboarding.
- Employee discounts.
What you should bring
- Completed training as a textile cleaning specialist or relevant practical experience in the field.
- Strong knowledge of textile and fiber science, applied chemistry, and professional stain treatment.
- A strong awareness of quality, hygiene, and occupational safety.
- A structured working style, good organization even during high workloads, reliability, and manual dexterity.
