Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist

About the Company

An organization is looking for a meticulous and technically strong Test Data Management Specialist to own data provisioning, masking, and synthetic data creation for testing needs. The role works in close partnership with Development, QA, and Security teams to make sure test data is dependable, precise, and aligned with compliance requirements, helping speed up the software delivery process.

Role Overview

This position focuses on building and maintaining safe, consistent, and useful test datasets across environments. You will help ensure that data used for testing supports accurate validation while protecting sensitive information and meeting privacy obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and automate processes for supplying complete, accurate, and relevant datasets to testing environments whenever needed.
• Apply masking, anonymization, and subsetting methods so non-production data meets privacy requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA.
• Use advanced TDM tools to produce realistic synthetic data for edge-case scenarios and large-scale load testing.
• Keep testing environments aligned by preserving data relationships, dependencies, and referential integrity.
• Identify and fix data-related issues to keep test data management workflows running smoothly.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be detail-focused and technically competent in Test Data Management. Experience with advanced TDM platforms and familiarity with privacy regulations are preferred.
