Contracted hours will be planned within these windows, and shifts will be confirmed with 3 weeks’ notice. The employer is open to discussing slightly different availability where it is close to the advertised pattern. New starters are normally offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, although there are also opportunities for people who want fewer hours, down to 12 per week.
