About the role
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join its Away From Home team in Wellington. In this position, you will represent the business within your customer territory, act as the main point of contact for day-to-day needs, and deliver strong customer service. The role is based on the road for most of the day, with regular store visits on a structured call cycle and a strong focus on growing sales. This is a permanent full-time position.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for lifting sales volume and product ranging, making sure stores are executed well, and working closely with customers to help develop both their business and CCEP’s. A key part of the role is spotting and converting new opportunities, with particular emphasis on winning new business. Success in this role will come from a competitive mindset, a goal-driven approach, and the ability to build strong relationships while thinking strategically about each sale.
About you
The ideal candidate brings high energy, self-motivation, and a genuine drive to achieve results. You should be comfortable adapting to changing demands, working in a fast-moving environment, and turning opportunities into outcomes. Good planning, efficiency, and flexibility are important, as the role is busy and requires you to manage a full day effectively.
You will also need strong relationship-building skills and the ability to adjust your approach to suit a broad range of customers. FMCG experience is not essential, although it would be an advantage. What matters most is proven sales and customer service capability, along with experience in a fast-paced setting. You should be able to work independently while also contributing positively to team success and going the extra mile for your wider team.
