About the Role
Join Coca-Cola European Pacific NZ as a Territorial Sales Manager Relief within the Auckland 'Away from Home' team. This position involves being the primary contact for your assigned customer territory, delivering exceptional service and driving growth by regularly visiting customers across your route. The role is predominantly field-based with a significant amount of time spent on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding and addressing their unique needs.
- Drive sales volume and product ranging, ensuring high standards of execution within stores.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities including acquiring new business accounts.
- Use strategic selling approaches to align with customers' requirements for mutual business growth.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to support and exceed sales targets consistently.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and driven to achieve outstanding results in a dynamic environment. You should be adaptable, well-organized, and thrive under varied daily demands. A passion for sales and customer relationships is essential, with FMCG experience considered advantageous.
