Job Summary
AJEX is seeking a driven and intelligent Territory Sales Manager to support revenue growth while building and strengthening relationships with both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales capability, excellent organization, and the ability to communicate clearly while understanding customer behavior and core industry dynamics. A goal-focused, analytical professional who can contribute meaningfully to business growth is the profile they want to meet.
Responsibilities
- Study sales data to identify the most effective methods for driving results.
- Meet customers to understand their concerns and offer suitable solutions.
- Identify fresh sales opportunities through customer and market research.
- Showcase products and services to potential clients.
- Take part in industry events and promotional activities to build stronger customer ties.
- Measure sales results against key performance indicators.
- Track competitors operating within the assigned territory.
- Prepare reports for the Regional Sales Manager and keep the CRM updated every day.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Territory Manager in the e-commerce sector.
- A proven history of generating revenue growth, with mandatory field sales experience.
- Strong hunter mindset and proactive sales approach.
- Hands-on ability to work with CRM tools.
- Capability to build and execute sales strategies.
- Comfortable with professional business communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
