Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Manager to oversee and enhance sales and collection activities specifically for electric vehicle (3-wheeler) financing within your designated region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations and collections related to financing of electric three-wheelers in your assigned territory.
- Recruit, onboard, and supervise dealers while ensuring effective sales execution and meeting loan disbursal objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales personnel, including Field Officers (FOS) and Branch Managers (BM), to reach set targets.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with dealers and customers to support business growth.
Eligibility
Open to suitable candidates with relevant experience in sales management and dealer relations within the automotive financing sector.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 INR.
