Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager will lead retail execution for the CELSIUS brand across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels. The position focuses on building distributor relationships, improving in-store performance, and strengthening brand visibility through frequent store visits and disciplined field execution. Daily store coverage is typically 12 to 15 visits.
This is a full-time role with a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000, plus incentives. The company notes that additional compensation may include bonuses and restricted stock units, depending on plan eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen “perfect store” execution by growing SKU distribution, shelf placement, display visibility, and promotional activity.
- Carry out the brand plan across retail locations in the assigned territory.
- Review accounts, identify opportunities, and capture findings through the CRM platform.
- Work closely with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account visits.
- Assist with regional sales programs as assigned by the District or Regional Sales Manager.
- Join weekly sales meetings to review results and set next steps.
- Track and report progress against daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in consumer goods sales, with preference for beverage, distributor, or similar sales backgrounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to pass an MVR check.
- Strong commercial judgment and an entrepreneurial approach.
- Comfort with regular in-person customer interaction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present information and speak confidently to larger peer groups.
- Experience using CRM tools and field sales reporting systems.
