Job description
Role Overview
This position offers the chance to work at the core of the business, owning a full territory and helping grow customer market share and revenue market share in the prepaid segment. The role is focused on executing the go-to-market strategy across a strong distribution ecosystem.
Key Deliverables
- Expand the sales and distribution footprint by increasing the number of SIM and data-selling outlets as much as possible within the assigned territory, while ensuring current customers receive proper service.
- Study local market demographics and shape sales actions based on the needs of different customer groups.
- Support the core distribution metrics, including channel profitability and overall channel satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through ongoing engagement with retailers and field sales executives.
- Improve value delivery for partners such as distributors, retailers, and field sales executives through structured marketing and merchandising efforts.
- Prepare timely market intelligence updates covering shifts in customer behaviour and competitor performance.
- Coordinate closely with the network team to understand the condition of the mobile network in the market and contribute to improvements.
